Products and services may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable provider and product terms. Access to a panel, credential, or technical capability does not by itself grant a right to use, reproduce, market, or distribute any content.

Prohibited uses

• Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Distributing content without the permissions required for that use.
• Bypassing access controls or technical restrictions.
• Accessing another person’s account or data without permission.
• Sharing administrator credentials or exposing API keys.
• Fraud, payment abuse, impersonation, or misleading affiliation claims.
• Malware, automated abuse, disruptive scraping, or attacks.
• Spam or unlawful customer acquisition.
• Using a product in breach of applicable provider terms.

Reseller responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for giving customers accurate information, protecting credentials, maintaining appropriate records, complying with tax and consumer rules that apply to them, and confirming any rights required for the content or service they offer.

Response to suspected misuse

Where there is a reasonable basis to believe this policy has been breached, Extra Reseller may investigate and take action permitted by the applicable contract and law. Action may include declining support, restricting access, or referring the issue to the relevant provider or authority.
