Extra Reseller respects copyright and other content rights and provides a documented route for complete reports.
If you believe that information, a product reference, or activity connected with this website infringes your rights, send a report through the contact page with the subject “Copyright complaint.”
Information to include
- The claimant’s name and a reliable contact method.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material.
- The exact ExtraReseller.com URL, product reference, or other location concerned.
- A clear explanation of the alleged infringement.
- The claimant’s relationship to the rights owner or authority to act.
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
- A typed or electronic signature.
Privacy and review
Do not submit passwords, full payment information, or unrelated personal data. We may request additional information where a report is incomplete. Relevant portions may need to be shared with parties involved in reviewing it, subject to applicable privacy and legal requirements.
Receipt of a complaint does not mean that the allegation has been accepted. Depending on the available information, appropriate action may include correcting or removing a website reference, restricting related access, or referring the issue to the relevant provider.
